There are various ways you can support the ministries of St. Thomas United Church.  We believe we are all called to share our blessings through contributions of our time, our talents and our treasures.  However you are able to share, we are grateful for your contributions.

Today, St. Thomas is a seven-day-a-week church. We are alive with people committed to living our Vision and Mission of supporting the people of St. Thomas live out their full Christian potential with Open Hands, Open Hearts and Open Minds.

What is the best way for me to give?

There are many convenient ways to support your St. Thomas United Church community.  The most effective way to give is through PAR (Pre-Authorized Remittance)

Why is PAR the best way to give to St. Thomas?

  • 100% of your donation goes directly to St Thomas.
  • You decide annually the monthly gift that fits your budget - "set it and forget it"
  • You can choose to contribute to the St Thomas United Local church Expenses fund, Local Building/Mortgage Fund and/or the United Church of Canada's Mission & Service Fund.
  • Your gift counts even on the Sundays you aren't able to attend.
  • The church is able to plan ahead for our programs and people because we know how much money we should be receiving monthly.

OK, sounds good, how do I sign up for PAR?

What do I do when the collection plate comes around?

We have anonymous "PAR Cards" available at the entrance to the sanctuary that you can put in the plate to show that you are supporting St. Thomas United Church.

Are there other ways for me to Give?
