REOPENING TEAM UPDATE as of June 14, 2022

Effective July 3rd, the wearing of masks during worship at St. Thomas will be optional, with the exception of while singing, when it will be required.

As Reverend Tracy would say “stand as you are comfortable and able, put your masks on, and sing loud and proud St. Thomas.”

Thank you on behalf of the Reopening Team

Further clarification:

–            Food and Beverages will be allowed for all again.

–            Facility Renters will be free to mandate any safety measures they think prudent for their members.

–            Drop-In Visitors will be empowered to mask or not if desired.

What can you expect?

St. Thomas welcomes every and all to our faith community. We acknowledge the land and publicly state our affirming identity each and every Sunday. Children and Youth programs run every Sunday from after Labour Day in September to early/mid June. In the summer months, families continue to be very welcome to attend; we do offer a nursery space and colouring/craft supplies are available on a kids’ table in the sanctuary. If you have prayer requests you’d like to be spoken aloud on a Sunday morning and you are attending in-person, you can fill out the prayer slips just inside the sanctuary doors on the left. If you are watching from home, please email your prayer requests to Rev. Tracy and she will include them in the next Sunday’s prayers. We give great thanks for all your gifts of time, talent, and treasure to St. Thomas. If you’d like to give and haven’t done so in the past, please click on the “Giving” button at the top of this page.

Journey through our website and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Rev. Tracy (tracyrobertson@stthomasunited.ca) or Jane in the office (office@stthomastunited.ca). Blessings to you!
