DESCRIPTION:The United Church of Canada has asked Communities of Faith to vote on whether an autonomous national Indigenous organization should be created within the United Church of Canada. \nPlease join the SVUC Board along with members from St. Thomas UC and Foothills UC on Tuesday November 28 at 7:00 pm to learn about the proposal. \nIn advance of the meeting\, please review the United Church of Canada study documents. If you’d like to watch the Town Hall hosted by Chinook Winds Region in which this proposal was discussed\, please use this link. \nAn edited version of this video will be shown when we gather to explore this issue. This evening is open for everyone to attend and participate\, and we look forward to seeing you on November 28.
